This Privacy Policy explains how MHK Ventures LLC, doing business as Glazion ("Glazion," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website (glazion.co) and our operations software for imaging centers (the "Service").

This policy covers our public website and general business information. Glazion's healthcare facility customers are separately covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) governing any Protected Health Information (PHI) processed through the Service, consistent with HIPAA.

1. Who we are

Glazion is a DBA of MHK Ventures LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, registered at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A, Albuquerque, NM 87113, US.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Contact information you provide directly — such as name, email address, organization, and phone number — when you request a demo, contact us, or sign up for updates.
Website usage data — such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, typically collected automatically through standard web analytics.
Facility and patient operations data — only in the context of a signed customer agreement with an imaging center facility, and governed by that facility's BAA with Glazion, never by this website policy.

To operate, maintain, and improve the Service for our facility customers
To communicate updates about our product and company
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data security

The Service is built on AWS HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. Facility-specific customer data is isolated by facility at the database layer, and access is enforced through server-side, role-based permissions following a minimum-necessary access principle. Every action within the Service is logged to an audit trail.

5. Data sharing

We do not share personal or facility data with third parties except: (a) with service providers who help us operate the Service under appropriate confidentiality and, where applicable, BAA obligations; (b) as required by law; or (c) with your consent.

6. Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion, subject to any obligations we have to retain records (including under a facility's BAA or applicable law).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
