These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at glazion.co and any related services described on it (together, the "Site"), operated by MHK Ventures LLC, doing business as Glazion ("Glazion," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover use of our public website. Use of the Glazion operations software by a licensed imaging center customer is governed separately by a signed customer agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with that facility.

1. Who we are

Glazion is a DBA of MHK Ventures LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, registered at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A, Albuquerque, NM 87113, US.

2. Use of the site

The Site is provided to give visitors information about Glazion's product, request demos, and contact our team. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its normal operation.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product demonstrations — is the property of MHK Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
